Grievance Redressal

Last updated: 21 September 2026 · Published under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021

If you have a complaint about content, about how another member behaved, about your data, or about the service itself, you can bring it to our Grievance Officer. You do not need to be a paying member, and you do not need an account.

Grievance Officer

Appointed under India's IT Rules 2021, and acting as our point of contact for grievances under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

Name: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME]

Designation: Grievance Officer

Entity: [COMPANY LEGAL ENTITY]

Address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]

Email: grievance@[LEGAL DOMAIN]

Phone: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER PHONE]

How to raise a grievance

Email grievance@[LEGAL DOMAIN] and tell us what happened. If it is about specific content or a specific account, include enough detail for us to find it: the alias you saw, when it happened, and what was said or shown. If you are raising a grievance on behalf of someone else, tell us your relationship to them.

You do not need to use any particular form of words, and we will not refuse a grievance because it arrived in the wrong format.

If you are not satisfied with our answer

You are not stuck with our decision. Under the IT Rules 2021 you may appeal a grievance decision to a Grievance Appellate Committee constituted by the Government of India, within 30 days of receiving our decision. That route exists whether or not we point you at it, and we would rather point you at it.

On data protection specifically, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once you have brought the matter to us first. Coming to us first is a requirement of that route, not a delaying tactic on our part.
