Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026
30-day money-back guarantee
If OZVAK is not for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your payment and you will get one. You do not have to give a reason. We would rather earn your trust than keep money you are unhappy about. This is our own promise, and it sits on top of whatever refund rights the law already gives you where you live.
How to ask for a refund
There is one route, and it is email. We are not going to list a support channel that does not exist, so this is the whole list:
- Email support@[LEGAL DOMAIN] from the email address you use to sign in to OZVAK. That is how we know the request is yours, and it is the only identity check we need.
- Tell us whether you paid on this website or inside the Android app. The two are processed differently and this one line saves a round trip.
- We reply to confirm we have your request, and we process eligible refunds without arguing about it.
If you no longer have access to the address you signed in with, write from any address and say so. We will work it out with you. We will not use it as a reason to refuse.
There is no in-app support chat and no support phone line. If a page anywhere tells you to use one, that page is out of date and this one is correct.
What happens next, by where you paid
- Paid on this website (Razorpay, UPI or card): we refund to your original payment method through Razorpay. The money usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
- Paid inside the Android app (Google Play Billing): Google handles the money, not us. You can request a refund directly in Google Play, and within the first 48 hours that is the fastest path by far. After 48 hours, write to us and we will approve the refund through the Play Console where we are able to. Timelines follow Google Play's policies, which we do not control.
Cancelling, and what it means here
If you paid on this website, there is nothing to cancel. It is a single payment for a fixed term, it does not renew, and we will not charge you again without you choosing to pay again. That is the design, not an oversight, and it is why there is no cancellation flow to go looking for.
If you subscribed inside the Android app, that is a Google Play subscription and it does renew. You cancel it the same way you cancel any Play subscription: open the Google Play app, go to your Subscriptions, pick OZVAK, and cancel. We cannot cancel it for you from our side, and we are not going to pretend there is a button in our app that does it. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Either way, there are no retention mazes, no guilt prompts, and no extra steps invented to slow you down. Whatever matches and conversations you already have stay with you if your paid access ends.
After 30 days
Once the 30-day window has passed, paid time already used is generally not refundable, and a Play subscription can be cancelled at any point to stop future charges. If something actually went wrong, a duplicate charge, a charge you did not make, a payment that took your money without unlocking anything, write to us and we will fix it regardless of the date. Nothing on this page limits any refund or consumer-protection right you have under the law where you live, including in India and the EU.
If we get it wrong
Billing and refunds: support@[LEGAL DOMAIN]. If you are not satisfied with how your request was handled, escalate it through our Grievance Redressal process, which has published timelines we are bound to.
