Terms of Service

These terms are between you and [COMPANY LEGAL ENTITY] (“OZVAK”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using OZVAK, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use OZVAK.

Eligibility (18 and over)

OZVAK is strictly for adults, 18 and over. You must confirm that you are 18 or over to create an account.

We are going to be exact about what that confirmation is worth, because the category is full of companies that are not. Nothing in OZVAK checks your age. Signing in with a one-time code proves that you control an email address. It says nothing about how old you are. So the age rule here rests on your confirmation, on our rules, and on us acting when we are told. We remove anyone we learn is under 18, we act on reports, and we treat a report about a minor as urgent. Stronger age assurance is planned, it is not shipped, and this page will be updated the day it is.

Acceptable use

• Be yourself and explore freely, among consenting adults, within the law.
• No harassment, threats, stalking, hate, scams or spam.
• No impersonation, bots, automation, or attempts to defeat our safety controls.
• Do not post other people's private information, or content you have no right to share.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts to get around a block or a ban.

Adults only, no explicit content, nothing illegal

OZVAK welcomes every consenting adult and every consensual orientation, identity and relationship style. That freedom has firm limits that keep members safe and keep OZVAK lawful:

• Adults only. Every member confirms they are 18 or over. As set out above, that confirmation is not an age check, so we act on reports and remove anyone we learn is under 18.
• No explicit content on the platform. Explicit media is not allowed. Your full-resolution photo is not released to another member until you and that one person have each chosen to reveal.
• Zero tolerance for illegal content or conduct. Absolutely no content or behaviour involving minors (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, coercion or trafficking. This is a permanent, non-negotiable rule. See our Child Safety Standards.
• No content that is obscene or unlawful in your jurisdiction or in India.

Reporting, suspension and permanent ban

You can block or report any member from their profile or from a chat. Reporting and blocking are free, they are available to everyone, and they are never behind a payment. We review reports and act on them. Confirmed violations lead to removal, and serious violations lead to an immediate ban and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities. We may suspend an account while we investigate.

A ban is tied to the sign-in credential you used, and it keeps working even if the account is deleted. We are not going to claim a ban is impossible to evade: someone with a different email address could attempt to come back. We watch for it and remove repeat accounts when we find them.

Subscriptions and billing

OZVAK offers a paid membership. It is a subscription: it renews on its own until you cancel. How you pay, and where you cancel, depends on where you bought it:

• On this website: payment is handled by Razorpay, using UPI or a card. We store no card or bank details, only the fact that your account has a membership.
• Inside the Android app: purchases use Google Play Billing and are managed through your Google Play account, including cancellation.

Pricing is flat, with no hidden fees, no fake discounts and no countdowns. Your matches and conversations stay with you if paid access ends. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the content you share and for how you treat other members. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service, for example to store and deliver your encrypted messages and to release your photo to someone you have both chosen to reveal to.

Disclaimers

OZVAK reduces risk through encryption, consent-gated reveal, and reporting and blocking tools, but no service can guarantee outcomes and we are not responsible for the conduct of any member. You are responsible for your own safety when you meet anyone. Meet somewhere public, tell someone where you are going, and use the safety tools in the app. The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings in the app at any time, and it deletes for real. What goes and what stays, including the fact that a ban survives deletion, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], and the courts of [COURTS / VENUE] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will give notice in the app or by another reasonable means. Continuing to use OZVAK after a change means you accept the updated terms.
