These terms are between you and [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“OZVAK”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using OZVAK you agree to them, to the Guidelines and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OZVAK.

1. Who may join

OZVAK is for adults, 18 and over, who are in India or are Indian adults elsewhere. To create an account you enter your date of birth and confirm, in a sentence we keep a record of, that it is yours and that you are 18 or older.

We are exact about what that is worth. A sign-in code proves you control an email address. A date of birth is what you typed. The confirmation is a record of what you were shown and accepted. None of it is a check of your age, and no screen in OZVAK will ever tell you or anyone else that a member is “checked”. What we do instead: an under-18 date stops the account before a profile exists and locks that address for 365 days; a member whose stated age conflicts with other signals loses photo and reveal until a person has looked; and a report that a member is under 18 is treated as urgent. Stronger age assurance is being decided before 13 May 2027 and this page will change the day it ships.

One person, one account. Entering a false date of birth, using someone else's address, or creating an account to get around a block, a restriction or a removal ends your right to use OZVAK.

2. What OZVAK is

You write a Current: what you want right now. Discover shows you Currents in your city that are compatible with yours, and shows yours to them. You send an Intro, or receive one. When both of you choose, a Room opens and you can talk. When both of you choose again, a photo opens, once, to that one person. Nothing moves forward on one person's choice alone.

OZVAK is not a matrimonial service. There is no caste, horoscope, biodata, family participation or marriage funnel, and there never will be.

3. Your content

You own what you write and the photo you add. You give us only the permission needed to run OZVAK: to store it, to screen it as the Privacy Policy describes, to show your Current to members it is compatible with, and to open your photo to the one person you chose. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for the sealed copies the Privacy Policy lists and the law compels.

You are responsible for what you write and share, and for keeping it within the Guidelines. Do not upload a photo of anyone but yourself.

4. A revealed photo is not yours to pass on

When someone reveals to you, they are showing a photo to you, once, in a Room. You may not save it, screenshot it, share it, forward it, post it, or describe the person to anyone in a way that identifies them. We cannot stop a screenshot, and we do not claim to.

Sharing an image of a person's private act or private area without their consent is a criminal offence in India even where they consented to you seeing it. That is Explanation 2 to section 77 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Circulating obscene material electronically is separately an offence under section 294 of the same Act and section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We will act on a report, preserve the evidence, and answer a lawful request from the police.

5. Messages are screened, and OZVAK is one person

Messages are screened by our systems before delivery and are not encrypted in a way that keeps them from our servers. No conversation is read in the ordinary course of running OZVAK. A report, a lawful request, or a logged emergency opening can open one, as the Privacy Policy describes. OZVAK is run by one person; there is no department, and we will not describe one.

6. Report, block, close, delete: never paid, never gated

You can report any member, any message, any Intro and any photo. You can block any member, which ends everything between you and keeps a read-only copy for you in case you want to report later. You can close a Room. You can pause. You can delete your account. None of these needs a Pass or a Membership, none of them is withdrawn when one lapses, and a Room you opened stays open when a Membership ends.

7. What gets an account restricted, suspended or removed

Breaking the Guidelines can lead to a restriction, a suspension or a removal, in proportion to the harm. One complaint is not a finding: a first complaint about a photo turns off photo and reveal on the account while it is looked at, and does not close its Rooms. A second independent complaint, or a finding on the first, suspends it. Some things are removed on the first finding: anything involving a person under 18, a non-consensual intimate image, a threat of violence, or asking for money.

A suspended member is told the rule, the class of evidence, the date, what still works, and how to appeal. A reporter is never named to the person reported. A removal keyed to a sign-in address holds if that address returns, and we will not claim it cannot be evaded by a different one.

If we remove content or restrict your account, you can appeal to us, and after that to India's Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days. The Grievance page names the officer and the clocks the law sets.

8. The offer, and what it costs

All prices include GST. There is no annual plan and no weekly subscription. Nothing is preselected. There is no countdown, no “was” price, no discount that never ends, and nothing you can buy moves you ahead of another member: payment buys continued access, never a better position.

Pool Protection, the only guarantee

If OZVAK cannot put at least ten eligible live Currents in front of yours during your Pass, another Pass is added when your pool is ready. That guarantees our delivery. It never guarantees a reply, a Room, a reveal, a meeting, or anyone else's behaviour, and we do not open a pool we cannot serve properly.

Where you pay, cancel and get a refund

Purchases are made through Google Play Billing, and Google is the merchant of record. You cancel a Membership in Google Play's subscription settings, and Google's refund policy governs the transaction. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it there first or you will keep being charged. We hold no card, bank or UPI details and no web payment route is offered at this time; if one is ever offered, its provider, price and cancellation route will be published here before it takes a rupee.

9. Deleting your account

From Settings in the app, or from this website. What goes now and what Indian law makes us keep, for exactly how long, is set out on that page and in the Privacy Policy. It is not “gone in one action” and we do not say it is.

10. Disclosure to authorities

We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Indian law can require us to provide information to a court or to a lawfully authorised government agency on a written request stating its purpose, and to remove content on a court order or a reasoned order from an authorised officer. We comply with valid requests, produce the minimum they ask for, and record what was produced. We do not comply with a request that is not in writing, does not state its purpose, or does not identify the requester and office.

11. Your safety when you meet

OZVAK puts intent first, screens messages, and gives you report, block and close. It does not vouch for any member and is not responsible for what a member does. When you meet someone, meet in public, tell someone where you are, and keep your own transport. If someone you met through OZVAK hurts, stalks or threatens you, report it in the app: your profile is taken out of view, they lose reach, and a person looks at it before anything else.

12. Availability and liability

OZVAK is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available at every moment, that every message will be screened perfectly, or that a person is who they say they are. To the extent Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability to you for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability that Indian law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW: INDIA, STATE TO BE NAMED BY COUNSEL], and the courts of [COURTS / VENUE, TO BE NAMED BY COUNSEL] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

14. Changes, and the three-month notice

We may change these terms. For a significant change we tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use OZVAK after that is acceptance. At least once every three months we remind members of these rules and of the consequences of breaking them, including the fact that Indian law obliges any person with knowledge of a sexual offence against a child to report it, as the IT Rules 2021 require us to.
